Eat less of the high calorie foods we all love. Try six or eight smaller meals - including lots of healthy fruits and vegetables. Get plenty of protein early in the day.
And exercise - hard = every day! Get half an hour of high intensity cardio and another 20 to 30 minutes of toning exercises.
While the weather outside may be less than ideal for jogging or even walking off those extra pounds - you can still get a great workout without even leaving the house.
