Indoor Rowing To Better Fitness


They came into sight just as i crossed the bridge that foggy Spring morning. Smoothly gliding across the water in seemingly effortless motion - they disappeared again into the early morning fog. Later that semester i met one of those athletes. She was a member of the crew at our local college.

Always smiling - and never without nearly boundless energy, Amber was in great shape. She taught me how to use the indoor rowing machine at our college health center. It took me a couple months to get up to 30 minutes. I could run for half an hour without killing myself. But the rowing machine was another story.

Rowing adds a whole new dimension to any exercise program. If you want to add to your fitness efforts - maybe add some variety to your workouts - try rowing! You can enjoy a great whole body workout and burn some major calories while you're at it. Learn more about rowing here.
